• First of all change the url by changing www. to m. in the facebook url example if the url was "https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=546810382098003&set=vb.116283918483987&type=2&theater"

then you need to change it to "https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?v=546810382098003&set=vb.116283918483987&type=2&theater"

• After adding m. in the prefix, reload the page and it will appear in the mobile format, then proceed.

• Click to play the video, and once it starts playing right click open the video and select “Save video as..” this will download the video to your device. i hope this works for you.
